Actions Speak Louder Than Words!

One of the most valuable lessons I am learning in life, is that a person’s actions will always speak louder than their words.

If a person says one thing, then does the opposite, what reigns true? What they have said or what they have done?

People can say what they want. A mouth can tell a thousand lies a minute. But if a persons actions dont line up with their words than their words are just lies.

Lies are hurtful because you want to believe them. You want to believe so bad that this person is telling you the truth and that their actions will follow through this time.

So often times you get stuck in the cycle of lies. You see that this person continues to show you who they are and that they are lying about what they really want. But you still want to have hope.

Hope is good to have, but it also needs not to interfere with reality. The reality of the situation is, if a person says one thing and does another, you have to believe what they show you.

A persons actions will never lie. So stop holding onto the dream that this person will change. If they aren’t showing you that they are changing don’t let yourself be fooled.

And just know my readers as I minister unto you I am speaking to myself. I have been a victim of believing what a person told me instead of showed me.

It’s an easy thing to do. The truth is, it’s not on you if a person chooses to lie to you. Its on you whether you will believe them or not. Sometimes lies are hard to spot, but patterns arent.

So if a person has a pattern then believe their actions not their words. This goes in a good way as well. If a person truly cares about you then their actions will line up with their words.

If they say they will do something they will. If they say they care they will show it. And if they say they will be there for you they will be there.

But either way whether they say it and don’t show it, or say it and do show it.

Believe a persons actions not their words.
